1. Dried aquatic products refer to products made from fresh or frozen animal-derived aquatic products or marine algae through appropriate processing techniques. These include dried algae products and pre-processed animal-derived dried aquatic products.
Dried algae products refer to dried products made from marine algae with or without the addition of auxiliary materials through appropriate processing techniques.
Pre-processed animal-derived dried aquatic products refer to dried products made from fresh or frozen animal-derived aquatic products with or without the addition of auxiliary materials through a drying process that are not intended for direct consumption.
2. Salted aquatic products refer to products made from fresh seaweed, jellyfish, fresh (frozen) fish, etc. through appropriate processing techniques that are not intended for direct consumption. These include salted fish, salted algae, and other salted aquatic products.
3. Pre-prepared surimi products refer to products that are not directly edible and are made primarily from the minced meat of fresh (frozen) fish, shellfish, crustaceans, cephalopods, and other aquatic animal products, with the addition of supplementary ingredients and processed through appropriate processes.
4. Cooked aquatic animal products refer to aquatic products that are directly edible and are made primarily from fresh or frozen aquatic animal products, with or without the addition of supplementary ingredients, through cooking, frying, smoking, roasting, or drying. These primarily include flavored cooked aquatic products, ready-to-eat dried aquatic animal products, ready-to-eat surimi products, and others.
5. Raw aquatic animal products refer to aquatic products made from fresh or frozen aquatic animal products that are cleansed and processed before consumption and can be consumed directly without being heated or cooked. This includes pickled raw aquatic animal products and ready-to-eat raw aquatic animal products.
6. Other aquatic products refer to products other than the aquatic products mentioned above, including sea cucumber capsules, oyster capsules, chitin, seaweed gel, marine treasure oral liquid, spirulina, polypeptides, seasoned kelp (undaria pinnatifida) and non-ready-to-eat prepared aquatic products.
