Instruction of Mala Fish With Maoge Mala Spicy Fish Sauce

 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1kg Fish fillet
  • 2 scoops starch
  • 200g vegetables oil
  • 180g Maoge mala spicy fish sauce
  • 1kg water

Instruction 

Step 1. Preparation

 

Add starch to fish fillet and mix well.

Step 2. Stir fry

 
  1. Pour vegetable oil into a wok and heat until it reaches 80% of its smoking point.
  2. Take about 180g Maoge mala spicy fish sauce and stir-fry in the wok until it is be smell nice.
  3. Add about 1 kg water and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Add the prepared fish to the wok.
  5. Boiled the soup over high heat, then simmer for 5 to 8 minutes in low heat.
