Ingredients:
- 500g meat slice
- 150g vegetable oil
- 300g Maoge Pickled Chili Garlic Sauce
- 300g vegetables( any vegetables you like )
Instruction
Step 1. Preparation
- Clean and slice the 500g meat and set aside.
- Clean the 300g vegetables and set aside.
Step 2. Stir Fry
- Pour vegetable oil into the wok and heat until it reaches 80% of its smoking point.
- Add the meat slice and stir-fry over high heat.
- Add Maoge Pickled Chili Garlic Sauce and stir-fry until great smell come out.
- add vegetables according to personal preference, stir-fry until cooked
