
How to make spicy Sichuan Braised Chicken? It's easy, delicious, and goes great with rice.

Pick a 1.5kg old hen.

Cut it into small size. Rinse until the water runs clear.

Heat oil in a pot until very hot. Add ginger and onion, stir until fragrant.

Add chicken, stir-fry until the moisture is out.

Pour in 300ml water.

Cover

and simmer for about 5 minutes. Open the lid. Add your favorite veggies-
