
Blanch trotters for 4 minutes, rinse.

350g packet - for 1.5kg ingredients and 3L water.

Add 2.5–3kg water.

Once boiling, add trotters and seasoning.

Simmer on low for 2.5 hours. (Or boil first, then simmer 1–2 hrs until tender.)
