INGREDIENTS:
- 150g Maoge pickled radish soup base
- 1kg duck

STEP 1.
Add duck meat and 150g Maoge sour radish soup base to the pot.

STEP2. Put 1.5L of water.

STEP 3. Bring to a rolling boil, then Simmer over low heat.

STEP 4. Simmer on low heat for 1-2 hours.

STEP 5. Ready to serve.
