
Take 250g of side vegetables (sweet potato or potato), peel, cut into chunks, and place them at the bottom of the steamer.

Take about 400g of pork, slice it, and set aside.

To the meat slices, add the provided sauce seasoning packet and cooking oil.

Mix well. (The amount of oil can be added according to your own preference.)

Then, add the provided rice flour packet

and mix with about 100ml amount of water until combined.

Loosely spread the meat slices over the vegetables in the steamer.

Do not press them down; maintain a loose and porous texture.

Steam over high heat for 40-60 minutes until the ingredients are thoroughly cooked, soft, and glutinous. It is then ready to eat.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Soft and sticky.
