Chinese Bamboo Shoot Soup With Chicken

Wash chicken pieces several times until the blood is washed away, then set aside.

Place the chicken pieces in a pot of cold water and blanch for about 5 minutes.

Remove the chicken pieces after blanching.

Then wash the blanched chicken pieces again.

Transfer the braised bamboo shoots to a plate and set aside.

About 1kg of ingredients(total meat and vegetables) requires 2L of water.

Bring to a boil over high heat.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 2 hours.

While simmering, chop some scallions.

Time to remove from the pot.

Sprinkle with chopped scallions. The sour, fragrant, and delicious bamboo shoot chicken is ready.
