Green Sichuan Pepper Fish(Qing Hua Jiao Fish)

Heat oil in the pan, then add the sauce in pickled mustard green packet and sauce packet.

Stir-fry, then add about 1kg water. Then simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes after it boiled.

Then add the fish fillet and cook for about 3 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped scallions and dry green pepper in seasoning packets in a big bowl.

Pour 150g of hot oil (about 80-90% hot) to release the aroma.
