INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5kg Fresh Fish (sliced into pieces, including head, tail, and bones if desired)
- 3 tablespoon Starch
- 1 bag Maoge Suan Cai Yu Seasoning Sauce
- 50g Cooking Oil
- 1kg Water
- Some Chopped Green Onions
INSTRUCTION:
1.Spread starch evenly on the sliced fish.

2.Tear up a bag of Maoge pickle mustard sauce and set it aside.

3.After heating the oil in the pan, add the seasoning and stir-fry.

4.Pour in about 1kg of water and simmer for 3 minutes.

5.Add the fish head, tail, and bones, then simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes.

6.Add the fish slices and simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes.
