INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5kg trotter
- 350g Maoge pickled radish soup base( a kind of sour soup base )
- 3L water
INSTRUCTION:
Step 1. Preparation
Wash 1.5kg trotter

Blanch them in boiling water for 3-5minutes to remove the fishy smell,

wash them clean and drain for later use.

Step 2.
Put the trotter, Maoge pickled radish soup base and 3L of water(around 6 bottles of waters) into the pot, without adding any other seasonings.


Step 3. Boil it on high heat, then simmer for 1-2 hours until the trotter tender.


Step 4. Ready to serve.
