INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5kg duck
- 350g Maoge pickled radish soup base
- 3L water

INSTRUCTION:
Step 1. PREPARATION
Wash 1.5kg duck, and cut to small ones

Blanch them in boiling water for 3-5minutes to remove the fishy smell, wash them clean and drain for later use.

Step 2.
Put the duck, Maoge pickled radish soup base and 3L of water(around 6 bottles of waters) into the pot, without adding any other seasonings.


Step 3.
Boil it on high heat, then simmer for 1-2 hours until the trotter tender.

Step 4.
The duck soup is done, ready to serve.
