Chicken, cut into pieces. 1 seasoning bag for 1.5kg meat.

Blanch chicken, then rinse.

Bring 3kg water to boil. Add chicken and seasoning.

When boiling again, turn to low heat. Simmer 1.5 hours.

No salt needed. Soup is naturally tasty.
